Acceptable Use Policy
TUA Platform — Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-26 Version: 1
This Acceptable Use Policy says what you may not do with TUA Platform (the "Service"). It forms part of the Terms and Conditions. It applies to everyone who uses the Service: people with an account, a company's members and guests, and the people a company lets use its bots.
A company that lets other people use the Service (for example its own customers, as guests using its AI bots) must pass these rules on to them and make sure they follow them (Business Terms, section 3).
1. Unlawful and harmful use
You must not use the Service:
- for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, defamatory or obscene purpose, or one that infringes somebody else's rights;
- to harass, threaten or harm anybody, or to collect information about people without the right to;
- to store credentials or data belonging to somebody else without the right to do so;
- to send unsolicited bulk email, or to relay mail you are not authorised to send.
2. Security
You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other people's accounts, other companies, or any system or network connected to the Service;
- upload or send viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code of any part of the Service, except as far as the law allows.
3. The load you put on the Service
You must not interfere with, disrupt, or put an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure, including by getting around its rate limits.
4. Automated access
You may reach the Service by software only through an API key issued to you, and within the limits set for that key (Terms, section 8).
5. AI features
- AI answers can be wrong. You must check an answer before you rely on it, and you are responsible for what you do with it and for anything you publish from it.
- High-risk uses need a person. Where an AI answer is used to make or support a decision about somebody's health, legal position, money, credit, employment or housing, a qualified person must review it first, and the person affected must be told that AI was used.
- Say it is an AI. If you let other people use a bot, they must know they are dealing with an AI. The Service labels AI answers; do not hide or remove that label, and do not present a bot as a person.
- The provider's rules apply too. A bot uses an AI provider chosen by its owner. You must also follow that provider's own usage rules.
- Do not use a bot to produce content that breaks this Policy, or try to make a bot get round its provider's safety filters.
- Do not send a bot content you are not permitted to disclose to the provider it uses.
6. People under 18
The Service is for people 18 or older. You must not make an account for a child, and a company must not set the Service up to serve people under 18.
7. What happens if these rules are broken
CelestiNet may remove content, suspend a bot or an AI environment, or suspend or close an account or a company that breaks this Policy. Where we can, we tell you first and say why. You can report somebody who breaks these rules through the contact form at /contact, or with the Report button where the Service offers one.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy by publishing a new version. Every version stays readable on the Service. Where a change is material you are asked to accept the new version before you continue.
9. What is new in Version 1
This is the first version. Its rules were in section 3 of the Terms and Conditions until Version 7 of the Terms. It adds rules for AI features (section 5), and for serving people under 18 (section 6).
10. Contact
For questions about this Policy, contact CelestiNet through the contact form at /contact.
